Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood fretboard, dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The neck has a “16 FEB 66 B” heel stamp.
Electronics: Original single coil pickups with grey bobbins and 1966 pencil dates, on/off/on slider switches for each pickup, and master volume/tone controls. One slide switch has been replaced; the remainder of the wiring harness is original. The pot codes date to 1966.
Pickup Measurements: 5.8k (neck), 5.3k (bridge)
Hardware: Original; a partial schematic was penciled on the under side of the pickguard. The trem arm is missing.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has aged nicely, with minor finish checking on the body, light patches of discoloration, and various small dings and chips throughout. The neck has worn to a nice satin finish, and the hardware has mild tarnish.
Modifications/Repairs: One pickup slide switch has been replaced.
Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief, and is currently set up with 10s. The truss rod is adjustable, and the frets are low with a couple small divots at the first fret. The serial number, neck stamp, and electronics codes date the guitar to 1966.
