From Bunting:
The wildest howl in the pack
Jackal is a versatile rock guitar, inspired by our fond memories of 80’s rock. It combines the best of what we love in classic double cut guitars. we took the unrivaled rock tone combination of Humbucker and P-90 pickups on a Spanish Cedar body and mixed it with the classic S contours and versatility.
Jackal is a double cut style guitar with a long tenon set neck and extra deep cutaways which offer excellent access to the entire neck. We equipped the Jackal with a 2 – point tremolo bridge which spiced it up with sweet, bell like tones and versatility.
We chose Spanish Cedar as the Jackal’s body wood. Spanish Cedar is a relative of Honduran Mahogany and they share a similarity in character as tonewoods. It’s got the right weight and tone for that classic Rock sound.
