Here’s our downtown queen – dressed in twang.

We took the shape, style and comfort of our Melody Queen’s offset body, and mated it with a T style bridge. This marriage results in classic sweet tones that are both familiar and fresh at the same time.

To get the classic T twang we opted for a vintage correct thin steel bridge plate, compensated brass saddles and a hand wound pickup with a healthy midrange bite and balanced highs and lows.

For the Neck pickup we experimented with different pickups and finally settled on the P90 with AlNiCo Rods. This pickup is quite similar to a JM in design and sound and is a perfect match for the bridge pickup.
