The Thirty Eight is a new model for 2019, a deluxe version of a long scale J. The 25.4″ scale length helps to provide more tension on the strings which in turn moves the bridge closer to the end of the body. Sitka on Indian Rosewood also pulls out some of those piano like tones which are loved so much by Dreadnought fans. It’s stylish, it’s a joy to play, it feels like a walk in the park. Happy days.
