Please Note: Calton Cases feature interior support foam and velvet lining secured with adhesives, some of which need time to off-gas. During production, each case undergoes two 24-hour adhesive drying stages to reduce odor, but commonly this process needs more time. If you notice any residual glue or solvent odor, Calton Cases and CME suggest keeping the case empty and open in a well-ventilated area for a few days to a week until the odor dissipates.
Our Electric Guitar Case is smaller and thinner than our acoustic cases. The case consists of multiple layers of fiberglass and soft urethane foam padding that is cut to perfectly contour to your instrument resulting in a “glove-like fit. The interior fully supports your instrument and is wrapped in our premium plush velvet. The padded pick box and neck guide help to firmly secure your instrument in place as well as suspending the headstock in the case, keeping it and any tuning pegs from coming into contact with the lid or side walls. These features, along with low density foam wedge pads that secure the neck and body when the lid is closed, result in a level of protection that has been unmatched since 1969.
Floating Headstock
The iconic Telecaster headstock is suspended in the case to ensure maximum protection.
Completely Custom Cases
With 100’s of possible combinations, you can design a case to compliment your style.
