Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor-II Pro
The new Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor-II PRO is a tribute to one of the most groundbreaking jazz guitarists, Joe Pass. During his prolific career Pass accompanied some of the top jazz singers and soloists including Ella Fitzgerald, Chet Baker, Ray Brown and Oscar Peterson to name a few. His seemingly endless melodic knowledge and harmonic wizardry has been an inspiration to jazz players of his time and today.

A true archtop guitar, the Emperor-II PRO has a Select Spruce top with laminated Flame Maple sides. A hand-set neck with medium jumbo frets and the Epiphone-vintage “tree of life” design makes this a truly stand-out design. Set with a Probucker-2 humbucker in the neck and a hotter Probucker-3 pickup in the bridge, this guitar absolutely sings. Coil-splitting ability allows for a plethora of tonal configurations, or play it unplugged for classic open jazz tone just like Joe!
