Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound Brazilian rosewood veneer fretboard, dot inlays, and heel-adjust truss rod. The neck has been converted to fretless; the original fret slots were filled with wood strips, and a clear finish was applied to the fingerboard. The neck has a “7 OCT 65 A” heel stamp.
Electronics: Original single coil pickups with grey fiberboard bobbins, and original wiring harness components with independent volume controls for each pickup and master tone control. Some solder joints have been re-done as the electronics were removed for refinishing. The pot codes date to 1965.

The fingerboard is glossy with light scratches and string marks, and the back of the neck has worn to a comfortable satin with small marks and grooves scattered throughout.
