Electronics: Fender single coil pickups with black bobbins; the neck pickup has been rewound. The volume pot and leads have been replaced, and the original part is included in the case. Controls include original 3-way switch, master volume control, neck tone control, and middle pickup tone control. The tone pots have 1957 date codes.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Fender Stratocaster is in good cosmetic condition; it has been relic’d after being refinished, although the worn knobs and pickup covers are original. The hardware is nicely tarnished, and the back of the neck is worn comfortably smooth.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with medium action and optimal neck relief. The truss rod is adjustable, and the narrow frets are low with moderate wear. The serial number, heel mark, and pot codes date to 1957.
