Cosmetic Condition: The guitar has aged nicely, with consistent finish checking throughout the body and headstock, assorted patches of wear on the body, and numerous small dings. Most of the bare wood patches are along the edges of the body, along with some heavier scuffs and dings on the edge of the bass bout. The back of the body has moderate buckle rash, and some of the plating has worn off the hardware. The back of the neck is smooth. A previous owner has inscribed “Bonzo” lightly on the neck plate.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action, and is currently set up with 10s; the neck is very straight even with the truss rod entirely loosened, and so lighter strings are not recommended. The frets are narrow and low with light wear. The pot codes date to 1966; the neck stamp and serial number date to 1971.
