Neck Details: Bolt-on maple neck with unbound maple fingerboard, dot inlays, skunk stripe, and “bullet” truss rod adjustment at the headstock.
Electronics: The neck pickup has been replaced with a modern CuNiFe Fender Wide Range pickup. The bridge pickup is original; the cover has been removed and reinstalled. The wiring harness is original with the exception of the neck tone pot, and the insulation along the output jack lead. Controls include 3-way toggle switch and volume/tone controls for each pickup. The original pot codes date to 1976 and 1979.

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows moderate cosmetic wear; the finish is glossy with light scratches, patches of hazing, and small dings throughout. The back of the body has moderate buckle rash and finish chipping around the string ferrules. There are some finish chips on the sides of the body, a couple of which appear to have been stabilized with superglue. There are areas of pitting on the front of the body, along with some scratches near the bridge pickup, possibly from removing a sticker. The neck finish is smooth and glossy.

Tech Notes: Plays well with low action and optimal neck relief; the guitar is currently set up with 10s. The frets are wide and tall with light wear. The serial number dates to the late 1970s; the pot codes date to 1979.
