There is nothing funnier (to me) than the makers of this new wave of digital and chip-based delays claiming to “sound like a tape echo.” One after another they pop out the same old digital delays with a few new bells and whistles that supposedly “emulate the warble and tape head saturation of a tape echo” …Bull$#^%. That only flies with someone who has never played a good tape echo. For those of us who know and care, there’s no substitute… so settle for an approximation if you must, there’s nothing wrong with that… but please spare me the rhetoric.

International customers: In accordance with our authorized dealer agreement with Fulltone Musical Products, Inc. we are not able to ship Fulltone products to customers using an address, billing or shipping, in any country outside of the United States that also has Fulltone distribution in place. Chicago Music Exchange reserves the right to cancel any incoming orders that violate this policy.

Returns

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It should also be in the original package.
