A few top braces have also been re-glued at some point in the past, and there are a few repaired cracks in the top. Most notably are cracks on either side of the fretboard tongue (the treble side crack has a cleat), as well as a crack running from roughly the soundhole to the edge of the body under the bass side of the bridge. These repairs are all stable.
Case Details: Original chip board case
Cosmetic Condition: The guitar shows heavier play wear and weathering for its age; there is a good deal of finish checking over the entire body and neck, as well as a number of scratches. The finish on the back of the body along the bottom edge shows some heavy wear, going down to nearly bare wood in some spots. There is also play wear around the soundhole and on the rosette. The nut is chipped near the high e string, but because of the zero fret this is cosmetic only.
Serial Number: 238373
Tech Notes: Sets up well with standard classical guitar action and light neck relief. The neck is somewhat underset, but the guitar plays cleanly and easily. The serial number dates the guitar to 1964.
