The 12-string electric guitar has been a mainstay of popular music since the mid-1960s when it was embraced by bands like the Beatles and the Byrds. Gibson’s iconic EDS-1275’s appeal has led to its use on many classic recordings and arena concert stages, but for those who prefer a lighter 12-string electric guitar with a single neck configuration, Gibson Custom Shop is proud to introduce the 1965 Non-Reverse Firebird V 12-String Reissue. This recreation of the highly collectible model from 1965 remains faithful to the guitar that inspired it, with one key improvement — a full 1 11/16” neck width instead of the narrower neck found on the original. We also returned to the classic 1959 Oldsmobile color chart that has been the source of some of the historic Gibson custom colors for the beautiful Aqua Mist VOS finish. Equipped with a pair of Firebird pickups with Alnico 5 magnets, it delivers all the sparkle, jangle, and chime you need in a well-balanced, highly playable, vintage-inspired electric 12-string.

The stock is constantly changing and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase however, we're unable to give an exchange or refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund your product must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. It should also be in the original package.
